Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Support role to assist with installations, pull-outs, updates across counters, boutiques and pop-ups. You will coordinate logistics for VM materials, props, testers, fixtures and collateral.

We value a background in Visual Merchandising or related field, an eye for luxury retail presentation, and strong organizational and communication skills. PowerPoint and Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong interest in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, and brand presentation.
• Familiarity with store displays, space planning, and retail execution is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic layout/design tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution tracking for installations, pull-outs, and updates across counters, boutiques, and pop-ups. Coordinate basic logistics follow-up for VM materials, props, testers, fixtures, and collateral.
• Monitor delivery, deployment, and displays and related VM elements.
• Help consolidate store feedback, site photos, and post-installation reports.
• Support the team in maintaining VM inventories of props, lightboxes, graphics, and display tools.
