Job summary

Karamar Corporation seeks a reliable retail associate in Metro Manila to drive sales and deliver top-tier service. You will manage everyday POS transactions, keep client data updated, and build eye-catching in-store displays that reflect brand standards.

Applicants with luxury retail exposure and strong product knowledge will excel, and a reliable commute to Makati, Taguig, Pasay, or nearby branches is preferred.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to maintain client database for marketing and follow-ups.
• Strong product knowledge to advise clients.
• Capable of handling POS transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kiosk neat and organized following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times—share updates on new products, promos, and collections to boost sales.
• Maintain an updated client database for marketing and follow-ups.
• Create eye-catching displays and ensure fixtures (windows, mirrors, floors) are clean and presentable.
• Safeguard merchandise against fraud or suspicious activities.
• Turn walk-ins and inquiries into actual sales and process payments via POS.
• Record daily sales transactions accurately in the system.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently advise and recommend to clients.
• Ability to reliably commute
