Job summary

Casa Bella Home and Living in Makati, Metro Manila seeks a Sales Designer to combine luxury furniture sales with architectural product consultation. The role is on-site, five-day weeks, and requires translating client requirements into high-end design solutions for discerning clients.

The candidate will consult homeowners, architects, and interior designers, conduct showroom presentations and site visits, review plans, and prepare quotes and visual layouts that align with brand and project goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design or technical field.
• Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in luxury furniture sales, architectural products, or related premium design fields.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, finishes, and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners, architects, and interior designers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct showroom presentations and site visits to showcase Casa Bella collections.
• Review architectural plans and technical drawings to prepare accurate quotations and specifications.
• Recommend furniture selections, layouts, materials, and finishes to complement spaces.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless client experience.
