Job summary

The Blue Pocket Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Events Manager in the Philippines to drive luxury and retail brand experiences from concept to completion. You will lead end-to-end delivery, oversee carpentry builds, layouts, and premium merchandise production, and ensure all work adheres to brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years of project management in luxury or premium retail, hands-on production experience, and a calm, organized approach under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years project management experience in luxury, retail, events, or experiential.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry / fabrication / physical production.
• Experience managing swag / premium merchandise production.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Calm, organised, and accountable under pressure.
• Experience with luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium retail brands (nice to have).
• Regional or China production exposure (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of luxury & retail brand projects.
• Manage physical builds (carpentry, booths, installations).
• Coordinate layout plans, drawings, materials and finishes.
• Oversee premium swag & merchandise production (local & overseas).
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site execution.
• Ensure all work aligns with strict brand guidelines.
