You will be the client's trusted partner, translating briefs into compelling stories and guiding ideas from pitch to production, while collaborating with creative, operations, and design teams for flawless delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Events Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong marketing communications and copywriting background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with CRM and event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients - from brief to execution
• Develop long-term relationships based on trust, proactivity, and reliability
• Understand client objectives and ensure all touchpoints are aligned to their brand vision and goals
• Lead regular client check-ins, reviews, and post-event evaluations
• Flag risks early and take ownership of solutions
• Craft marketing-driven proposals, campaign narratives, and content for decks
• Translate briefs into compelling brand stories and experiential ideas
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and copy align with the core message
• Work closely with operations team and designers to ensure accurate execution of proposals
• Track project timelines, budgets, and internal milestones
