You will welcome clients, listen to needs, offer tailored guidance, and build lasting relationships while maintaining pristine store presentation and accurate CRM data for future contact and after-sales care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Luxury business Selling Skills.
• Conversation Capability.
• Store procedures and process CRM techniques and tools.
• Store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, Sap).

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients entering the store providing extraordinary service.
• Listen and understand clients’ needs, offering customized advice on the Brand.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
• Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging to meet KPIs.
• Register clients’ data for CRM actions and client development purposes.
• Perform CRM 1 to 1 activities and assist after-sales service when needed.
• Ensure store areas are clean and products displayed per VM guidelines.
