Job summary

ARDESIA RESORT & SPA in Angeles, Philippines, is hiring a Guest Services Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and shuttle guests around the resort using a golf cart. You will ensure safe, courteous transport and help guests enjoy time on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
• Transport guests safely to and from villas, rooms, resort facilities, and designated locations using a golf cart.
• Deliver guest luggage, packages, and other items promptly and safely.
• Explain resort facilities, amenities, and services to guests during transport.
• Inspect golf carts daily to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist guests with departures by transporting luggage and ensuring a smooth check-out experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage and golf carts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with the Front Office and other departments.
• Follow resort safety policies, traffic rules, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a golf cart safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
