Job summary

Isla Petroleum and Gas Corporation (IPGG) seeks a Technical & Engineering Team Lead to guide the LPG technical team, ensure HSSE compliance, and oversee piping, storage, and installation projects at customer premises and LPG filling plants.

You will lead engineers, coordinate with sales and procurement, and drive safety programs while maintaining cost controls and project schedules in a dynamic LPG environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer credential.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Services Engineer.
• Extensive LPG technology and engineering experience.
• Strong HSSE background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LPG piping, storage, and handling facilities comply with HSSE standards and regulations.
• Lead and coach direct report Technical Service Engineers and manage competency development.
• Coordinate with LPG distribution group to ensure safe and reliable deliveries to customer sites and plants.
• Prepare cost estimates and oversee tendering for LPG projects and maintain project schedules.
• Manage contracts and budgets for CapEx/OpEx aligned with marketing strategies.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments for LPG installations and provide corrective action.
