Job summary

Isla Petroleum and Gas Corporation (IPGG) seeks a Team Lead in Technical & Engineering to develop and manage a group responsible for LPG piping, storage, and handling facilities at customer sites and filling plants. The role supports marketing strategies while ensuring HSSE compliance and effective project delivery.

The successful candidate will lead direct reports, coordinate with the LPG distribution team, prepare budgets, supervise contracts, and drive safety programs across LPG installations

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer required.
• 5+ years experience as a Technical Services Engineer.
• Extensive LPG technology and engineering experience.
• Strong HSSE background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach direct report Technical Service Engineers and manage their competency development.
• Ensure LPG piping, storage, and handling facilities comply with HSSE standards.
• Plan, prepare, and control annual CapEx and OpEx budgets in support of marketing strategies.
• Manage projects and maintenance contracts for Isla LPG facilities.
• Coordinate with Contracts and Procurement on sourcing LPG equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and organize safety training for customers and contractors.
