SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an LPG Sales Specialist to drive growth in an assigned area, manage customer relationships, monitor market trends, and implement strategies to increase volume while ensuring efficient operations.

The role covers reporting, pricing input, training support, and compliance within the territory. You will conduct area visits to grow commercial clients and maintain the Dealers/Station store base, coordinate with Marketing and Sales Analytics, and help optimize

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2C selling experience, preferably in petroleum/chemicals.
• Total sales experience of at least 3 years.
• Good networking capability from area visits and client base.
• Prefer LPG sales experience.
• Valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LPG sales business development by managing customer growth, development, and relationships within the assigned area.
• Survey the assigned area, propose localized programs to Marketing for volume growth, and visit to pursue new commercial clients in addition to Dealers/Station stores.
• Prepare daily performance reports, monitor competitors' prices and market intelligence, reconcile accounts receivable, ensure timely collection, and assist LPG Operations with cylinder inventory and swapping functions.
• Report customer feedback and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and drive development.
• Assist LPG Operations and Sales Analytics in ensuring efficient utilization and accounting of cylinder assets to support the LPG pilot setup.
• Manage the LPG store database by reviewing buying patterns and cylinder rotation rates to monitor sales performance and recommend solutions to drive growth.
• Recommend pricing strategies to drive volume growth while maintaining margin objectives for the area via market surveys and competitor pricing analysis.
• Conduct orientation and sales training for new Dealers, customers, and their delivery riders on products and conversion processes to our LPG brand.
• Report non-compliant competitors to deter illegal activities by documenting malpractices in the region.
