Job summary

Petron Corporation seeks a Technician to manage cashiering, dispatching, and inventory at the LPG refilling plant. The role requires coordinating with plant operators and engineers to ensure timely delivery of customers with correct quantities and quality.

The incumbent will support the Third Party Refilling Plant Manager and engineers, monitor stock and product movement, and uphold HSSE standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Good communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
• Preferably knowledgeable on LPG refilling plant operations.
• With basic clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of all customer orders at the right time and quantity.
• Reports to Engineer/Manager; addresses customer concerns and requirements.
• Monitors the product receiving operation of the plant.
• Monitors daily stock and product movement.
• Coordinates with source plants on the replenishment schedule through daily SPR transmissions.
• Monitors the operator’s performance on LPG refilling activities.
• Implements HSSE programs as instructed by engineer/manager.
• Conducts toolbox meetings and HSSE orientations.
• Performs cashiering functions including receiving invoices/payments and posting receipts.
• Prepares deposit slips and deposits collections daily.
