Job summary

Promethium Marketing Company in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to promote LPG products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will build relationships, demonstrate product benefits, and help meet monthly sales targets through field work.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. You will travel to client sites and coordinate with dealers and distributors to close deals and grow market share.

Qualifications

• At least college level in any course.
• 1–3 years in sales, preferably LPG, gas, FMCG, or retail.
• Must be creative in meeting monthly quota.
• Must have a valid driver's license (motorcycle or car).
• Excellent communication and self-confidence.
• Willing to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly sales and achieve assigned monthly sales quota.
• Anticipates and plans for competitive threats.
• Promotion and selling LPG products to Customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers and distributors.
• Conducting product demonstration and presentation of showcase benefits and features of LPG product.
• Negotiating prices and terms with customers, and closing deals to meet sales target.
