Job summary

Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corporation, located in Pasig, Metro Manila, seeks a Cost Accountant to monitor and analyze costs across LPG operations. The role focuses on accurate inventory costing, variance analysis, and timely cost reporting to support informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant Cost Accounting/Inventory Accounting experience.
• Must have experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.
• Experience in LPG, petroleum, gas, chemical, or distribution industries is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory costing, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in MS Excel; ERP/accounting system experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze product, manufacturing, and operational costs.
• Prepare cost and variance analyses and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor, reconcile, and maintain accurate inventory and cost records.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and inventory valuation.
• Prepare cost, inventory, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Production, and Operations teams on cost and inventory matters.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and operational efficiency.
