Job summary

Mindbridge Resources Corp. is hiring an Inventory Controller to supervise and manage inventory across LPG cylinders and related items at our Pangasinan plant.

The role requires accuracy in recording, reporting, and maintaining logs, with the ability to work independently under pressure. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, experience in inventory control or warehousing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Experience in inventory control, plant operations, warehousing, logistics, LPG, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of inventory recording, documentation, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, observant, disciplined and accountable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a plant/operational environment.
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing inventories.
• Conduct actual counts of LPG, cylinders, seals, and other inventory items.
• Inspect returning and outgoing plant vehicles and monitor customer backloads.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and reports.
• Conduct scheduled showroom and franchise inventory/compliance visits.
• Identify and report shortages, losses, damages, discrepancies, suspicious activities, and non-compliance.
• Perform regular storage readings, pipeline bubble tests, and LPG buffer counts.
• Assist with other inventory, accounts receivable, and internal audit-related tasks.
