Job summary

WTW is seeking an AI Developer to rapidly transform ideas into working prototypes. You will build conversational agents, automations, and AI-powered applications primarily on low-code and agent-builder platforms, occasionally dropping into code where necessary.

The role emphasizes platform fluency, fast iteration, and collaboration with business stakeholders to determine the right build approach (low-code vs. custom code) and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with at least one low-code AI or automation platform.
• Experience with an AI agent-builder platform such as Lyzr or Moveworks.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype ideas into functional prototypes using AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows using low-code platforms and agent-builder frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype ideas into working proof-of-concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
• Apply engineering judgment including error handling, basic evaluation, security and access considerations in low-code environments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to scope use cases and decide between low-code and custom code approaches.
