Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. seeks a Supply Technician to perform daily warehouse operations and inventories within the SSA/JTDC framework in the Philippines. The role requires GCSS-Army knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage secure, compliant stock movements.

The candidate will work under the Supply Foreman, handling requisitions, records, KPI reporting, and daily logistics tasks across retail and wholesale stock. U.S. citizenship and CAC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 40-hour G-Army SSA certification preferred.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain/maintain CAC and passport.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics/warehousing; military experience preferred.
• Proficient in GCSS-Army supply transactions and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily warehouse operations: storage, inventories, and records using LIS and G-Army systems.
• Verify stock quantities and conformance to specifications; store materiel accordingly.
• Prepare KPI reports on stock use, inventory adjustments, and shipment denials.
• Provide CDRL data for inventory, receipts, issues, and PWS requirements.
• Fill and track orders; conduct periodic or perpetual inventories.
• Operate MHE and transport materiel between departments.
• Maintain security of sensitive items per Army regs and policies.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure safety policies and SOP/WIs are followed.
• Collaborate with SSA/JTDC Leadership and Site Manager as needed.
