Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Supply Technician Medical located in the Philippines to support LOGCAP. You will manage logistics for medical equipment, track status, and coordinate with GCSS-Army and related systems to ensure timely maintenance and availability.

Under the supervision of the Supply Lead, you will compile weekly inventory and order reports, validate receipts, and resolve supply issues to keep projects on schedule. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; coursework in medical logistics preferred.
  • CAC eligibility and/or ability to obtain a CAC; US Citizen.
  • A valid Driver's License required for all labor categories in the Philippines.
  • Three years of experience in Medical Logistics and warehousing; experience with DMLSS/DCAM/TEWLS/MAXIMO/GCSS-Army is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English; proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide the Supply Lead with weekly reports tracking stock items, order status, consumables, and repair parts for medical equipment at the job site.
  • Provide weekly accountability reports for medical equipment in GCSS-A and the Property Book Office; coordinate shipping or replacement needs.
  • Assist with material identification, acquisition, shipment, receipt, and packaging.
  • Identify and resolve material issues to avoid delays in project completion.
  • Audit material and serve as the material control point; manage unfilled orders.
  • Ensure proper exception processing for inventory allocations and order confirmations/denials.
  • Expedite resolution of supply problems with emphasis on medical maintenance and processes.
  • Develop forecasts/demand plans and respond to feedback.
  • Understand government and commercial procedures across supply, transport, storage, and contracting aspects.

Under the supervision of the Supply Lead, the Supply Technician Medical provides logistical support and managing the overall logistic processes in support of our customers mission objectives; leveraging existing networks; anticipating mission needs and operational requirements. The utilization of systems such as GCSS-Army, DMLSS, DCAM and TEWLS are crucial to ensure mission success, request items, distribute items and ensure maintenance is scheduled, performed and recorded for each item of medical equipment using DD Form 314, Preventive Maintenance Schedules and Records Card or other automated system, IAW AR 25-1, AR 350-38, and DA Pam 738-750.

Responsibilities

  • Provides the SL with a weekly report that tracks on stock items, order status, consumable supplies, and repair parts for the medical equipment at the Job site.
  • Provides the SL a weekly report that tracks medical equipment accountability in GCSS-A and the Property Book Office, standing orders submitted, pending Coordinate, schedule, inform and forecast any need to ship the medical equipment for replacement, maintenance or conducts annual 100% inventory of all products, durable and non-expendable supplies, equipment and property IAW AR 735-5 and the terms of the
  • Assist with material identification, acquisition, shipment, receipt, and packaging
  • Identifies and resolves material issues to avoid any delays in the project's completion
  • Act as the material control point and performs audits of material
  • Responsible for the receipt and validation of customer Sales Orders and for managing unfilled
  • Ensures the exception processing associated with allocating inventory to orders, scheduling and releasing the line item(s) to customers, and processing confirmations or denials
  • Expedites the resolution of customer supply problems with emphasis on medical maintenance and process if new
  • Ensures forecasts/demand plans developed for subsistence of CLVIII Receives/evaluates quantitative/qualitative feedback
  • Responsible for thorough understanding of Government and commercial approaches to all disciplines involved in program support, including supply, transportation, customs, automation, storage, and inspection, contracting, finance, and requires understanding of unique procedures and support to Task Order, as well as the normal support procedures
  • Monitor and enhance customer relationships by participating in customer outreach initiatives to assess customer
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the SL or Logistics Manager
Qualifications
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education/Certifications:
    • One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
    • Employee must have a High School Diploma or GED. Coursework in medical logistics. Work experience may substitute education, on a year for year basis.
    • Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
    • Must be a US Citizen
    • A valid Driver's License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines..
    • Must be able to maintain USG Network access & Smart card privilege(s).
  • Experience:
    • Three (3) years' experience in Medical Logistics and warehousing. Related Medical Logistics in Supply arena. One-year (1) Year Experience working with DMLSS, DCAM, TEWLS, MAXIMO and GCSS-Army is a Plus. Must have two (2) years progressive experience, which demonstrates the ability to analyze problems, to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
  • Skills:
    • Employee must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management. They must be able to work independently. Position requires basic planning, organizing, and problem solving skills. Require excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Requires analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data. They must be knowledgeable in MS Office software application such as Word, Excel and Power Point. Applicant must be able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion. Applicant must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Working Conditions:
    • The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions. No effective protection from the weather.
    • The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
