Job summary

El Proveedor Inc. in Makati is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations. You will ensure efficient, safe and accurate procedures, coordinate staff, and manage inventory and shipments to meet client expectations.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations and strong leadership, with proficiency in WMS and MS Office. A valid driving licence and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in warehouse operations or distribution management.
• Proven experience supervising and coordinating warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff and clients.
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties including lifting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Driver's licence would be advantageous, relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock records for accuracy.
• Oversee loading/unloading and proper handling of goods.
• Schedule and manage staff to optimise productivity and meet targets.
• Conduct induction and training on SOPs and best practices.
• Liaise with drivers, other departments and clients to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain detailed warehouse operation records and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders and shipments.
