Role Overview

As a Logistics Staff member, you will play a vital role in our daily logistics workflow. You will handle stock loading and unloading, maintain organized inventory records, and assist supervisors with purchasing and store distribution needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading: Safely receive, unload, and store incoming supplier deliveries; prepare and load outgoing stock for dispatch or store transfer.

• Inventory Monitoring: Conduct daily/weekly stock counts, log inventory movements, and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.

• Purchasing Assistance: Match incoming items with purchase orders/invoices, assist with stock replenishment requests, and coordinate delivery updates.

• Stock & Space Organization: Arrange goods using FIFO principles to maintain clean, safe, and easily accessible storage areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical Capability: High physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25-30 kg) and manual handling throughout shifts.

• Inventory Knowledge: Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts and counting procedures.

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience is an advantage.

• Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and capable of working collaboratively with warehouse and admin teams.
