Doroob Hr Consulting client is seeking a Logistics & Shipping Documentation Officer to manage import/export documentation, coordinate procedures, and prepare reports in Aqaba, Jordan.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of freight forwarding experience, fluent English, and strong Excel skills. Residency in Aqaba is required; company provides medical, life and cancer insurance.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in freight forwarding and shipping documentation.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Must reside in Aqaba, Jordan.

Logistics & Shipping Documentation Officer

Our client, a well-established freight forwarding and shipping company, is looking for a qualified and experienced Logistics & Shipping Documentation Officer to join its team in Aqaba, Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import and export freight forwarding and shipping documentation.
  
• Coordinate and follow up on shipping and freight forwarding procedures.
  
• Prepare and compile daily and monthly reports related to shipping operations.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and shipping documentation (import and export).
  
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  
• Must be a resident of Aqaba, Jordan.
  
• Medical, life and cancer insurance covered by the company
