Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasay City is seeking a sales/account management professional to identify new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services. You will handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service delivery.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in sales or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or account management; logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an advantage.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services.
• Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport, and Operations teams to ensure accurate service execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle day-to-day account concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, bookings, and documentation.
• Monitor service performance and address client issues or escalations promptly.
• Assist in contract preparation, rate negotiation, and service agreements.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and client status reports.
• Support billing coordination by validating charges, rates, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and client SLAs.
• KPIs: Revenue generation, new clients, client retention, quotation accuracy, timely coordination, billing accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
