Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Logistics Planner to plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation and delivery of materials, products, and equipment across project sites. You will work with production, warehouse, procurement, and transport providers to optimize schedules and costs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–3 years of logistics planning experience, with ERP (SAP or similar) and strong Excel skills.
Logistics Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the transportation and delivery of materials, products, and equipment to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective logistics operations. The role works closely with production, warehouse, procurement, transport providers, and project teams to optimize delivery schedules while maintaining high service levels and compliance with company policies.
Plan and coordinate daily trucking and delivery schedules.
Prepare and issue delivery documents prior to dispatch.
Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport providers regarding delivery schedules and shipment status.
Optimize truck utilization, delivery routes, and transportation costs.
Track shipment progress and promptly resolve delivery issues or delays.
Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery schedules, and transportation documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
Communicate delivery updates to internal departments and customers.
Assist in improving logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Support inventory movement planning and coordination across project sites or manufacturing facilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics planning, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or precast operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar) is preferred.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
