Job summary

A logistics management company is seeking a qualified professional to manage logistics suppliers, optimize costs, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing and have 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service, preferably in manufacturing or packaging. Strong English proficiency and organizational skills are essential. This position has a performance-based salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics suppliers to ensure timely and accurate services.
• Follow up on Impex processes and shipments.
• Prepare and monitor PEZA documents.
• Analyze and optimize logistics costs.
• Arrange product delivery plans and ensure on-time, safe deliveries; prepare DR/Invoice/PEZA documents.
• Communicate with customers and provide timely solutions for cargo issues.
• Coordinate with other departments for customer requirements (planning changes, demand forecast, technical support).
• Analyze logistics costs and suggest optimizations to reduce costs.
• RM purchasing – PO, delivery follow-up, payment.
• Manage Customer POs (records, balances).

1. Responsible for the selection and management of logistics suppliers to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and economy of logistics services.
2. Impex process and shipment follow up with broke/forwarder
3. PEZA documents preparation and monitoring ( LOA , LOI , Delivery ,ECAI, GTSB ,etc)
4. PEZA EZMPR report
5. Arrange product delivery plan, ensure that goods are delivered to customers on time and safely. Prepare the DR/Invoice/PEZA documents with delivery
6. Communicate with customers and provide solutions in time for abnormal situations such as cargo loss and damage during logistics processing.
7. Coordinate with other department for customer requirements ( plan change , demand forecast , technical support , etc)
8. Regularly analyze logistics costs, put forward optimization suggestions and reduce logistics costs.
9. RM purchasing --PO , delivery follow up ,payment
10. Customer PO management ( records , balance )

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (for internal communication and documentation)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service (experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
