A manufacturing company in Batangas is seeking a Logistics and Impex Staff to manage supplier coordination, prepare import/export documentation, and negotiate pricing. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Impex or purchasing. Experience in manufacturing and processing PEZA documents is highly regarded. Qualifications

Company Profile: This is a privately held business that uses aluminum profiles to make control-related goods, unit equipment, and factory automation machinery, it was founded in 2013 and is based in Batangas.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of materials.
• Request quotation from different suppliers.
• Prepare and process import and export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents in compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 2 years of experience in Impex or purchasing.
• Experience working in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience using VASP System is an advantage.
• Experience processing PEZA documents like EZB. S106 and S105.
• Can start as soon as possible.
