Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Logistics Associate to coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse personnel, drivers, service engineers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure that equipment and materials are received, stored, documented, and delivered on schedule.

The role demands strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of BS Customs Administration, BS Accountancy, or any business course with accounting coursework.
• Proven experience in customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, and import/export documentation.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the receiving, storage, preparation, and delivery of generators, electrical equipment, spare parts, tools, and other materials.
• Prepare and process delivery receipts, dispatch documents, purchase orders, receiving reports, and other logistics documentation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, project teams, service engineers, technicians, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Arrange transportation and delivery of equipment and materials to customer sites, project locations, and service areas.
