Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving, storage, preparation, and delivery of generators, electrical equipment, spare parts, tools, and other materials.
• Prepare and process delivery receipts, dispatch documents, purchase orders, receiving reports, and other logistics documentation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, project teams, service engineers, technicians, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Arrange transportation and delivery of equipment and materials to customer sites, project locations, and service areas.

The Logistics Associate will coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse personnel, drivers, service engineers, technicians, and internal departments to ensure that equipment and materials are properly received, stored, documented, and delivered on time. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple logistics activities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving, storage, preparation, and delivery of generators, electrical equipment, spare parts, tools, and other materials.
• Prepare and process delivery receipts, dispatch documents, purchase orders, receiving reports, and other logistics documentation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, project teams, service engineers, technicians, drivers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Arrange transportation and delivery of equipment and materials to customer sites, project locations, and service areas.
• Monitor deliveries and provide timely updates regarding shipment status, delays, and expected arrival times.

Requirements

• GRADUATE OF BS CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION, BS ACCOUNTANCY, OR ANY BUSINESS COURSE WITH ACCOUNTING COURSEWORK
• PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMERS CLEARANCEP ROCEDURES, TARIFF CLASSIFICATION, AND IMPORT/EXPORT DOCUMENTATION
