Job summary

CREC is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support end-to-end coordination of goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery and accurate documentation.

The role involves monitoring shipments, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required
• Willing to work in Santolan Town Plaza located in San Juan City

• Coordinate and track the movement of goods, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and review.
• Manage all shipping and customs documents to meet regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to schedule, monitor, and update shipment status.
