Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a Dispatcher in San Bartolome, Laguna for full-time logistics coordination. The role focuses on coordinating movements of goods, vehicles, and personnel, with emphasis on production planning, scheduling, and efficient execution across the network.

Successful candidates will manage dispatch requests, optimize routes, track shipments in real time, and ensure compliance with safety and transport standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles.
• Familiarity with dispatch management systems and transportation software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills; able to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process dispatch requests from customers and operations.
• Coordinate vehicle routes and schedules to optimise delivery efficiency and minimise costs.
• Track shipments and vehicles in real-time with updates to management and customers.
• Allocate resources including vehicles and personnel based on demand.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor production and delivery schedules to meet timelines and SLAs.
• Document dispatch activities and prepare operational reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and report inefficiencies for improvement.
• Respond to urgent requests and adapt schedules for priority shipments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and transport standards.
