Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a detail-oriented Transport Operations Assistant in the Philippines. You will generate reports from Oracle, encode all POD on time, and support the supervisor in carrier follow-ups to ensure accurate DOT reports.

You will validate carrier delivery updates, strive for 98% attendance reliability, and handle additional tasks assigned by the Transport Operations Supervisor. Willing to be assigned in Pulo, Cabuyao and maintain physical fitness for the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Excel.
• HS graduate with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Pulo, Cabuyao (Laguna).
• Physically fit to perform the duties required.

Responsibilities

• Generates reports from Oracle.
• Encodes all POD on time.
• Support supervisor in following-up with carriers on incomplete/incorrect DOT reports.
• Validates carrier delivery updates.
• Ensure to meet 98% attendance reliability.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Transport Operations Supervisor.
