Job summary

AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks a Trade Compliance Specialist to serve as the Owner's focal point for coordinating project logistics with EPC contractors, suppliers, brokers, and transport providers. You will ensure shipments, import requirements, and customs documentation align with technical, commercial, regulatory, and construction needs while providing timely visibility of risks and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in project logistics, importation, customs coordination, freight forwarding, or construction logistics.
• At least 3 years of project logistics experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
• Experience in ROE applications, heavy-lift or OOG cargo, route planning, HS Code/AHTN classification, and inland transportation and logistics cost or claims review.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-facing focal point for logistics coordination.
• Monitor shipment plans, dispatch, vessel movements, and customs clearance.
• Review packing lists, invoices, bills of lading, and other shipment documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for regulatory submissions.
• Identify and escalate logistics risks affecting schedule or costs.
