Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Pasig City to manage end-to-end logistics functions, ensure accurate material receipt and issuance, and support system-driven processes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in logistics. Proficient in Excel and SAP S4Hana; familiar with warehouse workflows and cycle counting. This is an on-site role at Bagong Ilog, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, inventory management, or warehouse coordination.
• Proficient in logistics and inventory systems (SAP S4Hana) and Excel.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes, cycle counting, and inventory control.
• Willing to work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle all logistic functions including receipt and issuance of materials (RM, PM, FG).
• Perform credit/debit memos and other system processes for material and transport management.
• Assist in monthly and annual cycle counts and provide inventory reports.
• Oversee warehouse staff and update system stock vs. actual counts.
• Provide material documents for sales invoices and delivery receipts.
• Assist with gate passes, acknowledgements, and release documents.
• Perform system reports and analyses as required.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• In charge on handling all logistic functions in the system which includes receipt and issuance for materials such as rm, pm and FG

• Performs credit memo, debit memo and other system processes for material management and transportation management module as approved by company and provided by IT group as deemed necessary for the conduct of logistics function as a whole

• Performs and assist in monthly and annual cycle count for materials being handled whether be rm, pm and FG in the system through its specific functions and process as provided by IT group regularly provides inventory report on materials being handled

• Oversees and assist logistics warehouseman and logistics supervisor in the conduct of the actual materials management and keeping through use of the system by monitoring and updating of stocks in system whether be rm, pm, and FG vis a vis actual count by the warehouse

• Provides material documents in the system that pertains to issuance of sales invoices, system delivery receipts and its equivalent for rm, pm and FG

• Assists logistics group in the conduct of the departments function to issue gate pass, acknowledgement receipt and other documents pertaining to authority to release of items not limited to rm, pm and FG

• Performs system related functions, reports and analysis as required

• Can be assigned apart from the regular functions from time to time by logistics supervisor and manager as needed by the company in the conduct of the company's operations pertaining to the logistics activities

• Perform other related functions which maybe assigned by theimmediate superior from time to time.

What are the Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, inventory management, or warehouse coordination.

• Proficient in logistics and inventory systems (SAP S4Hana system) and expert in excel

• Familiarity with warehouse processes, cycle counting, and inventory control.
