Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an HR Associate to support the Plant HR under the Manager, Plant HR. This role helps the plant achieve business objectives by delivering HR services in a work environment of peace and harmony, focusing on operations, maintenance, logistics and administration.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong employee relations skills, and familiarity with management systems such as EHS, ISO 9001:2015, HACCP,

• Postgraduate degree in business or industrial relations is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Dasmarinas, Cavite.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Under the general supervision of the Manager, Plant HR, assists the plant in achieving all its business objectives (operations, maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, warehousing, plant administration) by focusing on its human resources to deliver the required volume output in a work environment of industrial peace and harmony.

What are the Qualifications?

• Coordinate functionally with HRD and other head office departments on specific concerns.
• Business graduate or related course.
• Knowledgeable in identified facets of Human Resource Management functions
• With at least 5 years work experience in similar work environment.
• Candidate must be strong on Employee Relations knowledge and skills.
• Postgraduate degree in business, industrial relations will be an advantage
• Familiarity on relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC, is an advantage;
• With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel); and
• Has a team-player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude.

• Willing to work in Nissin-URC in Dasmarinas, Cavite
