Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) in Pangasinan is seeking a Branch Associate to ensure timely processing of delivery documents and to resolve logistics issues in coordination with other departments. The role requires strong communication and planning skills, and reports to the Assistant Distribution Manager.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in any field (logistics/SCM preferred) and at least 1 year of logistics experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-resolution skills; able to work with cross-functional departments.
• Willingness to learn and be trained. Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Process delivery documents and requirements timely and accurately.
• Resolve logistics-related issues in coordination with concerned departments.
• Monitor allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
• Process proof of delivery, sales invoices, and government permits.
• Maintain 7S and submit reports on time.
• Take customer orders and handle damaged items.
• Handle payment reconciliation and submit sales reports on time.
