Job summary

Mets Logistics, Inc. in Cavite is seeking a Logistics & Administrative Associate to manage end-to-end logistics operations and perform key administrative tasks for efficient business processes.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems. Night shift hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, with on-site work in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics, operations, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including dispatch notes, and delivery receipts.
• Track vehicle movements, cargo status, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Support warehouse operations.
• Assist in resolving logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and organize records, reports, and databases related to logistics operations.
• Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, invoices, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding operational and administrative matters.
