Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor OTIF performance and drive improvements.
• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate deliveries to customers and branches.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Enforce warehouse safety, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory issues.

Responsible for coordinating the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support business operations. EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, including On Time In Full (OTIF).
• Ability to monitor and improve OTIF performance.
• Understanding of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and delivery lead time.
• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct inventory reconciliation.
