Job summary

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field, plus 2–3 years in logistics or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of logistics performance metrics, including OTIF.
• Ability to monitor and improve OTIF performance.
• Understanding of logistics KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and delivery lead time.
• Supervise daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and company branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Implement warehouse safety procedures, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory concerns.
