About the role

RVD FOOD GROUP is seeking a Logistic Helper to join our dynamic warehousing and distribution team in Bagumbayan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our logistics operations. As a Logistic Helper, you will support the smooth functioning of our warehouse and distribution centre, ensuring efficient movement of goods and maintaining high standards of organisation and safety. This role is critical to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles and storage areas

• Organising and arranging products in the warehouse according to established inventory systems

• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Performing regular stock checks and inventory counts to ensure accuracy

• Preparing items for packaging and shipment in accordance with company standards

• Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling tools safely and efficiently

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse facility

• Supporting team members in meeting daily distribution targets and deadlines

• Reporting any damaged goods, discrepancies or safety concerns to supervisors immediately

• Following all health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times

What we're looking for

• Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy items regularly

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to follow instructions and comply with safety procedures

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential

• Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational needs

SALARY: Php 695 w/ TIP/ALLOWANCE
