Job summary

Zevo Health seeks a licenced Psychometrician for a Locum Wellbeing Coach role. You will deliver on-demand and structured counseling, facilitate group wellness activities, and manage crisis interventions for a diverse workforce. The position is onsite and requires regular engagement with the Clinical Lead.

Minimum Bachelor’s in psychology and PRC licensure with 2 years of supervised clinical experience in the Philippines are required; fluency in Filipino and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology and PRC licensure as Psychometrician.
• Minimum 2 years supervised clinical experience with direct client contact.
• Fluent in Filipino and English, strong facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver on-demand and structured counseling sessions.
• Facilitate group interventions and wellness activities for employees.
• Manage crisis interventions and triage urgent clinical requests.
• Maintain accurate case notes and schedule sessions timely.
• Coordinate with Clinical Lead for supervision and CPD compliance.
