Job summary

Bluebean Incorporated is seeking a dynamic coordinator to recruit, onboard, and train new LCs in Metro Manila. You will maintain open lines of communication, providing essential operational support to help LCs grow their customer base and complete loan applications.

You will monitor performance and reactivate inactive LCs while ensuring applications are complete and records are accurately kept. English proficiency and independent work capability are required.
