Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications and SAP.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Secure loan approval from bank partners for bank financing accounts.
• Timely review accounts, collect documentary requirements from buyers, deliver accounts to banks, and monitor loan approval within turnaround time.
• Regularly update monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account with internal partners and partner banks.
• Provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
