• Assisting with pre-screening documents for loans consultant.
• Boosting sales engagement for assigned loan consultants.
• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding of new loan consultants.
• Escalating concerns and complaints to immediate supervisor.
• Executing programs from LC Relations Department.
• Performing other assigned tasks.
