Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support loan processing and customer intake in a fast-paced environment. The role involves pre-screening documents, coordinating with credit and processing teams, and applying knowledge of lending products to guide applicants.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of any 4-year course, proficient in oral and written communication, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Process oriented and technology-inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Can quickly adapt and willing to learn and be molded.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screening document/ requirements submitted by Loans Consultant or Walk-in clients.
• Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, loan application and recommend action plan to better serve the Loan Consultant and Walk-In clients.
• Ensure integrity and compliance to all company policies.
• May be assigned to supervise other branches in case of need and necessity. Perform such other task as may be assigned from time to time.
