Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist account officer(s) in processing loan applications from acceptance of loan terms up to booking
• Pre-screen loan and collateral documents for completeness and sufficiency
• Ensure timely issuance of Notice of Approval, Purchase Order, and Authority to Deliver
• Liaise with internal and external clients for document submission and loan booking
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for insurance and collateral registration
• Monitor document deficiencies and follow up submissions as needed
• Recommend policy, process, and system improvements
• Perform other related functions as assigned
