Job summary

Metrobank in the Philippines seeks a Relationship Associate to service daily client requests, keep data updated on accounts, and complete loan-related documentary requirements to assess credit worthiness.

You will coordinate with units to ensure delivery of bank services, prepare basic analyses of client proposals, and assist in budgeting and business plans.

Role exposure includes building relationships with clients and gaining experience across loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or accounting field.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve daily client requests, keep account data updated, and complete loan documents to assess credit worthiness.
• Coordinate with units to ensure proper management of accounts and delivery of bank services.
• Prepare basic analyses of client proposals to inform decision making.
• Assist in budgeting and business planning.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and recommend solutions.
• Develop collaboration and relationship-building with external/internal clients.
