Responsibilities

• Implements the products and services according to the standard operating procedures of GPMI.
• Conducts area survey or market study of the area assigned.
• Collects amortization on set repayment schedule.
• Implements the microfinance products and services in accordance with procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI.
• Conducts area survey or market study of the area assigned to him/her by his/her MF Branch Supervisor.
• Promotes Microfinance Products and Services or Conduct Marketing.
• Conducts Credit and Background Investigation.
• Develops the ability of the Group and Center Leaders (Center Leader, Treasurer and Secretary).
• Facilitates center meetings.
• Processes application for loan and other products and services.
• Collects amortization on set repayment schedule.

Account Officer – GPMI

This is a full‑time and regular position.

The Account Officer is the main person responsible for organizing, recruiting, training and managing the members or clients of GPMI, and for implementing the microfinance products and services in accordance with the procedures, policies and systems developed by GPMI.

Tasks

• Implements the products and services according to the standard operating procedures of GPMI.
• Comes up with simple, low‑risk decisions to achieve the set targets.
• Prepares simple and standardized reports.
