Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course; preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in telesales, loan processing, customer service, banking, or a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and confident when communicating with clients.
• Organized, detail-conscious, and capable of handling several applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan requests submitted through the bank’s online platforms.
• Reach out to applicants to confirm information and discuss application details.
• Review submitted documents and follow up on missing or incomplete requirements.
• Conduct initial checks of applicant information and basic financial details.
• Record, maintain, and update customer and application information in the bank’s system.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely application processing.
• Follow established procedures, documentation requirements, and bank policies.
