Job summary

Nauts and Vectors Inc. seeks a Live Production Assistant to support daily livestream and live-commerce operations. You will prepare the studio, products, equipment, and promotional materials to ensure smooth broadcasts.

Responsibilities include setting up gear, monitoring streams, assisting hosts, managing inventory and promos, and coordinating with warehouse and platform teams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in livestream production, ecommerce, events, or related field is a plus.
Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, OBS, or AI livestream tools is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with last-minute changes.
Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Set up and prepare livestream equipment, software, and studio before each broadcast.
Monitor livestreams and assist with day-to-day live production operations.
Support hosts by preparing products, props, and promotional materials.
Organize and manage product demo inventory, including tracking and replenishment.
Check product information, pricing, vouchers, and promotions before going live.
Monitor livestream quality and troubleshoot basic technical or operational issues.
Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and platform teams to ensure everything is ready for each livestream.
Complete production checklists, inventory records, and post-livestream reports.
Keep the livestream studio clean, organized, and ready for use.
