The role requires strong communication skills, comfort in front of the camera, and experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will engage viewers, demonstrate product features, and maintain a lively, professional presence during broadcasts. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays, offering a dynamic work environment focused on sports and lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; college-level or graduate is an advantage.
• Experience in live selling, online selling, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Sales-driven with the ability to persuade and engage customers
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and live selling tools (e.g., Facebook Live, TikTok Live, Shopee/Lazada Live)
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as required
• Interest or background in sports, fitness, or lifestyle products is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Host live selling sessions to promote Lifesports products across assigned platforms
• Actively engage with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and inquiries during live streams
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and creatively
• Highlight promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers to encourage purchases
• Maintain a lively, professional, and brand-aligned on-camera presence

Coordination & Preparation

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align live selling content with campaigns
• Track sales performance and viewer engagement during live sessions
• Assist in preparing products, scripts, and setups before broadcasts
• Ensure accurate product information and pricing are communicated at all times

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Compressed work schedule)

Alternating Saturdays: Twice a month (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
