• Audience engagement
  • Interact actively with viewers(greet them, answer questions, take comments).
  • Build and maintain audience attention and interests throughout the live session.
• Sales skills
  • Persuade viewers to make a purchase without being too pushy.
  • Create urgency (limited offers, exclusive deals during live).
• Order Management
  • Collect and confirm customer orders during or after the live stream.
  • Ensure smooth checkout and payment processes.
• Technical setup and management
  • Set up good lighting, sound, camera angles and internet connection
  • Solve the technical issues quickly if they arise during the live.
• Product knowledge
  • Be fully knowledgeable about the products being sold.
  • Handle tricky or detailed customer questions confidently.
• Customer service
  • Handle complaints or return requests professionally.
• Content Planning
  • Plan live stream topics, product sequences, and timing beforehand.
