Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions Provider in SEA, is seeking a Live Production Assistant to manage livestream delivery and client communications. You will own the production workflow, resolve escalations, and support growth through strong account management and social media savvy.

You will collaborate with sales to drive KPIs, coordinate with studios, and balance daily tasks with occasional night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Business, Sales, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years in account management or social commerce are welcome.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to produce engaging short-form videos and copy for social channels.
• Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, trends, and guidelines.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts with attention to detail.
• Proactive, service-oriented with a KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications as the primary contact and build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of solutions and handle inquiries and escalations.
• Prepare account status reports and update stakeholders on KPIs and progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and meet KPIs.
• Manage daily productivity and be prepared for night shifts and travel to livestream studios.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks to drive growth and client satisfaction.
